Harcroft, Constantia: HIA preparation for a significant Grade 3A estate on some 10 ha in Upper Constantia; featuring the impressive Arts & Crafts style 1930s homestead of a well known Cape family.

House Van der Horst, Kommetjie: Preparation of HIA Statement for garage application in protected coastal zone around old Milkwood Trees.

Saldanha Separator Plant, Vredenburg: Preparation of the NID and HIA for a heavy industrial development in a semi-rural area on the West Coast.

Suidestrand, Cape Agulhas: Contribution to Heritage Statement for proposed residential development in a scenic coastal hamlet.

Philippi, Cape Town: Preparation of NID for industrial stand rezoning in the historic Philippi Agricultural Holdings.

Royal Palms, Paarl: Preparation of HIA for SAHRA for affordable housing estate around a wetland and lakes adjacent to historic Daljosaphat and the proposed World Heritage Site of the Afrikaans Language Movement.

Gavin’s Plaas, Saldanha: Preparation of HIA for a massive industrial site adjacent to the Fossil Park. High visual, palaeontological and botanical impacts to be accommodated.

Dido Valley, Simon's Town: Joint preparation of visual and heritage components of HIA for a high mixed residential development on a marginal site.

Laaiplek, Velddrif: Preparation of NIDs for residential developments.

Glen Lily, Malmesbury: Preparation of HIA for a large expansion of N Malmesbury on veterinarian horse farm sited on a 17th century church erf.

Schoonspruit, Malmesbury: Preparation of an HIA for a residential development around a high profile, grand Victorian house complete with turret.

Mariedahl Terraces, Newlands: Visual input into Heritage Statement for a small group of terrace houses near the historic breweries forming part of the staff housing next to the railway.

Langezandt Fishermen’s Village, L’Agulhas: Preparation of Heritage/Urban Design VIA for development of controversial housing project in the vernacular fishermen’s cottage style.

Plaisir de Merle, Simonsberg: Preparation of visual study for HIA to housing and restoration works at this historic 18th century estate belonging originally to the Marais family.

Normandy, Franschhoek: Visual study to HIA and landscape analysis for development of housing area on old quarry site in historic Dwars River Valley.

Lagoon Bay, Hoogekraal, George: Visual study to HIA for this massive consolidation and recreation of the famous Botha family’s 18th century Overberg estate for development into a golf course estate.

Mount Pleasant Terraces Heritage Conservation Plan, Table Mountain National Park: Research and preparation of detailed heritage study and conservation plan for this highly regarded, landscape national monument dating to the 18th century and associated with Lourens Cloete ex Groot Constantia.
