Landscape Sketch Design
The Landscape Sketch Design called for the creation of an indigneous fynbos design on a very steep site overlooking False Bay.
The houses were designed in a traditional idiom so the landscape picked up on this theme creating a blend of classical and contemporary designs on the different levels.
This created a garden that flowed through different types of landscape from the upper driveway through the central garden, pool deck and down to the natural fynbos slope.
