Villa Msasa:
Landscape Sketch Details

The design was split between two main areas being the upper formal area set high in the woodland overlooking the lower site.

The lower site, by contrast, had an informal landscape design incorporating a mini golf course and dam.

The area around the house which took up substantial level changes allowed the use of classical schemes including terraces and grand staircases.

Thus the sketch planting proposals showed a mix of the indigenous msasa woodland with formal plantings of both indigenous and exotic trees reflecting the classical style.
